Wherever possible, we use sustainable and renewable materials including energy-efficient appliances and lighting and solar PV panels for electrical power. Low VOC paints, non-toxic glues and stains are used along with the above code insulation made from recycled plastic bottles and thermal mass flooring areas to ensure natural passive heating and cooling. We also offer other off-grid Ecosystems on request. Windmill power generation, aerated eco septic tank and greywater recycling systems are some of the products used for the off-grid lifestyle.
All of our standard floor plans can be changed and adapted to suit your exact requirements and site constraints. We also offer an expert Eco focused architectural design-build service.

From the date of the building contract being signed, we will normally deliver a factory built module to your site within 10 weeks, ready for site service connections. Design-build contracts or site build contracts are approximately 16-18 weeks.
Yes. All modules are constructed in our Levin Factory and can be transported to almost anywhere in the country. Sites with extreme challenging access may require to be built on site.
Not at present, but this construction option is being investigated and may be available in the future.
Yes. There are a number of choices of wall claddings, wall linings, ceiling linings, roof coverings, floor coverings, fixtures and fittings. Please enquire with us should you like to use a specific product.
